From maintaining SEO standards to managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, your role as a Marketing Operations Specialist will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing efforts, making sure we are on track, and ensuring seamless operations across various channels. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, leverage the latest marketing techniques and best-practices, and contribute to innovative campaigns that will drive our success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee website maintenance and optimization to ensure adherence to SEO best practices, driving increased online visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage CRM systems to streamline business operations, generate valuable insights, and support pipeline growth.
- Develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, integrating automation and optimization techniques for optimal performance.
- Direct social media operations, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and audience development strategies.
- Coordinate all aspects of conferences attendance, including logistics, materials, and staffing requirements, ensuring we make a strong impression at every event.
- Monitor and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract targeted traffic.
