In this role you'll be responsible for managing all of Lama AI's operational needs in production, and working closely with customers and our internal functions to orchestrate the best experience for our users.

• Onboard new customers and customize their environments
• Deploy and verify new features, and configure per customer
• Manage on-call duties, incoming tickets, hot-fixes
• Monitor users, usage, issues
• Coordinate and work closely with different stakeholders - users, CS, Product, R&D, analysts

• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Technological orientation and ability to adapt quickly
• Proficient in English (reading and writing)
• Full-time availability
